Koala Eco joins the Leaping Bunny Program

Ever since co-founders Jessica and Paul developed our ideas
for Koala Eco and launched the company in 2017, we have
been adamant we will never test any of our products at any
stage on animals.

So along with other cruelty-free companies, we’re proud to have joined the Leaping Bunny Program, operated by the Coalition for Consumer Information on Cosmetics (CCIC) in the US and Canada. Since 1996 the CCIC, a coalition of eight national animal protection groups, has promoted a single comprehensive standard for cruelty-free products and practices, helping to make shopping for animal-friendly products easier and more trustworthy.

This program is not just window-dressing: maintaining the Leaping Bunny certification means recommitting to the program annually and being open to third party audits. The standards we have to measure up to are stringent, and I’m glad to say Koala Eco has no problem in complying.

Anyone visiting the Leaping Bunny website can access a list of
more than 2,300 Leaping Bunny Certified companies. We’re proud to be among them.
