This competition, “LOW TOX LIVING” (the “Competition”), is governed exclusively by the laws of Australia. Void where prohibited by law.

Dates of Competition: The Competition begins at 7:00 am Melbourne, Australia (AEST) on 7th April, 2024, and ends at 23:59 pm AEST on 11th April, 2024 (the “Competition Period”).

Sponsor: KOALA ECO PTY LTD, trading as “KOALA ECO,” an Australian company proprietary limited company.

Eligibility: The Competition is open to Australian and USA residents 18 years and over, have access to an internet connection, and have a valid email address. Officers, directors, and employees of Koala Eco, or its affiliates, and related companies, and the immediate family members (parents, children, siblings, spouse) or members of the same household (whether related or not) of such officers, directors, and employees are not eligible to participate in the Competition (the “Participants”).

Agreement to Rules: By participating in the Competition, you, the Participant, fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of KOALA ECO PTY LTD, which will be final and binding in all matters relating to the Competition.

These email addresses must be unique, personal and belong to different individuals in order for the entry to be valid. There will be 2 winners (one from Australia, and one from USA) chosen based on the best answer provided to the question in the entry form: “Tell us your best tip for low tox living” by the KOALA ECO team.

Answers to this question may be chosen to be shared on social media by KOALA ECO.

Entries before or after the Competition Period will not be taken into account. Any registration by telephone, fax, or postal mail cannot be taken into account.

The prize will be sent directly to the winner after provision of winner’s delivery address.

The prize is available for use only by Australian residents over the age of 18.

Notification and claiming the Prizes:

The winners will be chosen on April 15th, 2025. Following the Prize draw, the winner will be notified using the contact details provided by the Entrant. The winning Entrant has 48 hours from the time and date of the notification being sent to respond, provide proof of eligibility and claim the Prize. If the Prize is not claimed by the winning Entrant within this time frame, the Prize will be redrawn and any previous winners will forgo all claims to the Prize.
