Terms and Conditions: Giveaway With Koala Eco x Christy Dawn

This competition, “GIVEAWAY” (the “Competition”), is governed exclusively by the laws of Australia. Void where prohibited by law.

Dates of Competition: The Competition begins at 7:00 am PST on 23rd January April 2026, and ends at 23:59 pm PST on 25th January 2026. (the “Competition Period”).

Sponsor: Koala Eco Company USA Limited trading as Koala Eco.

Eligibility: The Competition is open to USA residents 18 years and over, have access to an internet connection, and have a valid email address. Officers, directors, and employees of Koala Eco, or its affiliates, and related companies, and the immediate family members (parents, children, siblings, spouse) or members of the same household (whether related or not) of such officers, directors, and employees are not eligible to participate in the Competition (the “Participants”).

Agreement to Rules: By participating in the Competition, you, the Participant, fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of KOALA ECO COMPANY LTD, which will be final and binding in all matters relating to the Competition.

These email addresses must be unique, personal and belong to different individuals in order for the entry to be valid. Participation in the Competition will entail registration to the Koala Eco newsletter mailing list as well as that of the Partners (as listed below). By participating, the Participant gives its consent by opt-in. Participants may nevertheless unsubscribe at any time by clicking on the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of the email or by logging into their customer account on the Koala Eco and partners websites.

There will be 3 winners chosen based on the best answer provided to the question in the entry form.

Answers to this question may be chosen to be shared on social media by KOALA ECO and competition partners.

Entries before or after the Competition Period will not be taken into account. Any registration by telephone, fax, or postal mail cannot be taken into account.

Prize specific terms valued at $600 USD.

Prize is inclusive of a $300 Koala Eco Gift Voucher and a $300 Christy Dawn Gift Voucher. Both prizes can be redeemed online at the brands' respective online stores.

The prize is not exchangeable for cash or other forms of credit. The prize is valid until 30/12/2026. The prize must be redeemed no later than this date.

The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, replaceable or refundable for cash or credit and can only be used as specified.

Terms and conditions of this offer are as written and cannot be changed by any representation of any unauthorised person.

Prize is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Proof of age and residency may be required to claim the prize and is at the discretion of Koala Eco.

Koala Eco reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without notice and at any stage during the promotion.

Notification and claiming the Prizes:

The winners will be chosen on 28th January 2026. Following the Prize draw, the winner will be notified using the contact details provided by the Entrant. The winning Entrant has 48 hours from the time and date of the notification being sent to respond, provide proof of eligibility and claim the Prize. If the Prize is not claimed by the winning Entrant within this time frame, the Prize will be redrawn and any previous winners will forgo all claims to the Prize.
